Bobbles Digital Client Dashboard

A client dashboard and workflow system built in 2023 to streamline client work and improve communication between Bobbles Digital and its clients.

I designed and built this dashboard for Bobbles Digital as a custom full-stack product to make ongoing client work easier to request, track, review, and discuss. The goal was to replace fragmented communication with a more structured workflow that gave both the provider and the client a shared system of record.

The dashboard is still maintained today. It supports a mix of task intake, project coordination, review flows, and scheduling so that recurring client work can move through a clearer and more scalable process.

This project was fundamentally about operational clarity. It helped turn a service relationship into a smoother product-like experience by giving clients a dedicated place to submit work, understand what was in progress, review updates, and coordinate next steps.

From an engineering perspective, it also required balancing product usability with business-specific workflow logic: subscription-aware request options, structured review steps, shared communication history, and practical scheduling tools all needed to fit into one coherent system. Furthermore, it had to evolve alongside the business that used it, where operational needs shifted over time.

This was a real project with real users and a key system for that business. The owner of the company later told me he could not go back to running his business without this tool — it helped him and his clients work much more effectively.
